COVID-19 Impact on Employment for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Thank you for considering participating in this research study. This study is being conducted by Jason Chow in the Department of Counseling and Special Education at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Our purpose: We want to know about the employment experiences of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) prior to and during COVID-19. This survey is intended for adults or relatives of adults with ASD to learn about the impact COVID-19 has had on employment.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and we will not collect any identifying information about you. All responses are anonymous. We believe that this survey will help stakeholders understand the impact COVID-19 has on employment for individuals with ASD and identify areas for future research and practice.

If you have any questions, contact Kelsey Dunn at or Jason Chow at
